Heritage-Listed Projects

Another focus of my investment activities is on listed properties. These properties not only offer unique architectural features, but also the opportunity to be part of the preservation and revitalisation of historically significant buildings. I am interested in properties that not only have cultural and historical value, but also offer the potential to be enhanced through carefully planned restoration and modernisation measures.

On the one hand, I prefer to invest in properties that retain their original splendour and historical character, while at the same time adapting them to modern living and business requirements. In doing so, I make sure that all renovation work is carried out in strict compliance with heritage conservation regulations in order to safeguard the authenticity and value of the property.

This particular type of property investment requires a deep understanding of the historical background of the properties as well as close cooperation with the authorities and conservation experts. My aim is not only to realise a financial gain through these investments, but also to contribute to the preservation of our cultural heritage.
